Digital delivery

Your files or download link are sent by email within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Delivery method and timing

We deliver to the email address provided with your purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil. Delivery timing follows the São Paulo time zone. No physical parcel is shipped and there is no physical shipping charge.

A pending payment, an unsuccessful attempt or a return to the store is not confirmation that an order is paid. The delivery period starts when the payment provider confirms the payment.

Access and installation

Download and back up your files after receiving them. Each collection uses the formats described in its listing. .cube LUTs need an editor with custom LUT import; .jsx scripts run in After Effects and are not .ffx presets. Supported features depend on your installed app and version. Contact support before purchasing if you need version-specific confirmation.

If the email or files do not arrive

Check spam and junk folders, then contact suporte@phenomtech.shop with your payment reference. If the email address was entered incorrectly, contact us so we can verify the order and correct delivery. We can resend access after verifying the purchase.

International orders

We accept enquiries from customers worldwide. Payment and product availability remain subject to applicable law, sanctions and payment-provider restrictions. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be disclosed before you pay. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fees.
