PHENOM TECH LTDA is responsible for the personal information it handles through this store and its support service. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact suporte@phenomtech.shop.
Information used and why
The website stores the product identifiers in your bag locally in your browser under phenomtech-bag. This keeps your bag between visits on that browser. It is not a paid order and does not itself contain your name, email or payment details. You can clear it using your browser's site-data settings.
If you email us, we receive the address, message and any details you choose to provide. We use them to answer enquiries, handle orders, deliver files and resolve support or refund requests. Once payments are enabled, we may receive purchase references, purchased items, payment status and the contact information needed to fulfil your order. We do not ask you to send full card details by email.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this website and may process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; those requests may disclose technical connection data to Google. Contacting our support address uses the email services that handle that correspondence.
When Stripe payments are enabled, Stripe processes payment information under its own legal obligations and privacy policy. The site does not currently send card details to Stripe because checkout is not connected. We do not sell personal information or add advertising trackers to this storefront.
Legal grounds, retention and international processing
We process information as necessary to respond to your request or perform a purchase contract, meet legal obligations, and protect the service and legitimate rights, subject to the applicable law. Where consent is required for an optional activity, we will request it separately.
Support and purchase records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, mandatory retention periods and the handling of claims. Providers may process information in Brazil or other countries; applicable international-transfer safeguards and privacy obligations must be respected.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability, deletion where permitted, or withdrawal of consent for processing that relies on it. Contact support to make a request. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity and must retain information where the law requires it. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority, including Brazil's ANPD.
Changes
We update this policy when the actual service changes. Any future analytics, marketing, checkout or delivery tools must be reflected here before their introduction.

Após a ativação do pagamento, poderemos receber a referência da compra, produtos, situação do pagamento e contato necessário para entrega.
A Netlify hospeda o site e pode tratar dados técnicos de conexão e segurança. O Google Fonts recebe solicitações de fontes e dados técnicos de conexão. Os provedores de email processam as mensagens enviadas ao suporte. Quando ativada, a Stripe tratará o pagamento conforme sua política de privacidade; a conexão de checkout ainda está sendo concluída. Não vendemos dados pessoais nem adicionamos rastreadores publicitários à loja.
Conservamos os registros pelo tempo necessário às finalidades, obrigações legais e solução de reclamações. Provedores podem tratar dados no Brasil e no exterior, observadas as exigências aplicáveis. Você pode solicitar confirmação, acesso, correção, informações sobre compartilhamento, portabilidade, exclusão quando permitida e revogação de consentimento aplicável. Podemos solicitar identificação proporcional para proteger sua solicitação. Você também pode contatar a ANPD. Atualizaremos esta política para refletir mudanças reais nos serviços.
