Usage license

What your purchase allows
After payment is confirmed, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive license to use and adapt the purchased tools in personal and commercial creative projects, including work made for clients. You may deliver finished rendered videos and images to clients and publish or monetise those finished works.
Source files and redistribution
The purchased .cube LUTs, .jsx scripts and other source assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Buying a collection does not transfer copyright. You may keep backup copies for your own use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, upload publicly or redistribute the source files, including modified versions, as stock assets, competing packs or a shared library.
A client receiving a finished render does not need a separate license for that render. A client or another user who needs the editable tool files must obtain their own license. Contact suporte@phenomtech.shop for team, classroom or redistribution permissions.
Apps and third-party material
CapCut, After Effects, fonts, footage, plugins and software subscriptions are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise. Compatibility references identify an intended workflow and do not imply affiliation or endorsement by the app owners. Any separately identified third-party license remains applicable.
Free Starter Study
You may use and adapt the original Starter Study sample tools in personal and commercial creative work under the usage permission supplied with that download. The sample is separate from every paid collection. Nothing in this page removes a broader permission explicitly supplied with a sample.
Consumer rights
This license does not limit mandatory rights relating to faults, refunds or consumer protection. See the refund policy.

Após a confirmação do pagamento, o comprador recebe licença não exclusiva para usar e adaptar os arquivos em projetos criativos pessoais e comerciais, inclusive trabalhos para clientes. É permitido entregar e monetizar os vídeos e imagens finais renderizados.
A compra não transfere direitos autorais. É permitido manter cópias de segurança para uso próprio. É proibido compartilhar, revender, sublicenciar, disponibilizar publicamente ou redistribuir os arquivos-fonte, inclusive versões modificadas, como pacotes, recursos de banco de mídia ou biblioteca compartilhada.
Clientes que recebem apenas o resultado renderizado não precisam de licença adicional para esse resultado. Outras pessoas que precisem dos arquivos editáveis devem obter licença própria. Para equipes ou permissões adicionais, contate suporte@phenomtech.shop. Aplicativos e assinaturas não estão incluídos, salvo indicação expressa na oferta. Esta licença preserva direitos obrigatórios do consumidor e permissões mais amplas expressamente fornecidas com a amostra gratuita.
