These terms apply to purchases of PHENOM Tech digital creative tools. Read the product listing, usage license, delivery policy and refund policy before ordering. Contact support if an essential product detail is unclear.
Products and compatibility
Collections shown as available are offered as digital files. Listings identify the intended workflow and format. .cube LUTs require a compatible custom-LUT editor; .jsx motion tools require After Effects. They are not CapCut mobile templates or native .ffx presets. Software licenses and subscriptions are separate. Product artwork illustrates the collection; it is not a promise that any footage will achieve an identical result.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and purchases are one-time payments unless expressly stated otherwise. You can review your selected products and subtotal in the bag. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be shown before you commit to payment. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
The online payment service is being connected. Until a secure payment option is available, the bag does not submit a paid order, reserve stock or charge your card. Contact support for purchase enquiries. When Stripe Checkout is available, card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page; do not send them to our support email.
Order confirmation and delivery
A payment must be confirmed by the payment provider before it is treated as paid. Your files or download link are emailed within 1 business day after confirmation, as explained in the delivery policy. Keep your purchase reference and ensure your purchase email is correct.
Cancellations and remedies
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the files or link. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected, including remedies for non-delivery, faulty files and a product that differs from its description. See the refund policy for the request process.
Support, privacy and applicable rights
Contact suporte@phenomtech.shop. We acknowledge requests and respond within 5 calendar days. Our privacy policy explains how information is used. Brazilian law applies subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights of access to courts in your country. We do not require a waiver of those protections or impose an exclusive foreign forum on consumers.
Changes
Updates to these terms apply to future purchases. They do not retrospectively reduce the conditions or mandatory rights attached to an existing purchase.

Os valores são apresentados em euros (EUR), por compra única. Tributos e cobranças adicionais aplicáveis devem ser apresentados antes do pagamento. Eventuais tarifas de conversão são de responsabilidade do banco que as cobrar. Os aplicativos de edição e suas assinaturas não estão incluídos.
A conexão do pagamento online está sendo concluída. Até que exista uma opção segura disponível, o carrinho não envia pedido pago, não reserva estoque e não cobra cartão. Entre em contato para consultas de compra. Após a confirmação do pagamento, enviamos os arquivos ou o link por email em até 1 dia útil.
Você pode solicitar reembolso integral em até 14 dias corridos após receber os arquivos ou o link. Mantêm-se direitos legais mais favoráveis, garantias por defeito, divergência do anúncio e não entrega. Confirme a compatibilidade com sua versão do aplicativo antes de comprar. Arquivos .jsx não são presets .ffx; LUTs .cube não são templates de CapCut mobile.

Aplica-se a legislação brasileira, preservadas as proteções obrigatórias do consumidor e os direitos de acesso à Justiça aplicáveis ao comprador. Alterações futuras não reduzem retroativamente as condições de compras anteriores.
